According to Gusto’s Annual New Business Formation Report, women started 49% of all new businesses in 2024, the highest rate in 5 years and a massive 69% increase from 2019, AND Black and Latinx women are leading the growth. The momentum isn’t slowing and the funding originally earmarked for women is being cut due to DEI defunding. It’s time to get creative 🧚🏼

It’s one of the special treats I treasure from my childhood time in Indonesia🇮🇩. Every time I get a chance to chat with one of you at Pasar.. I always love sharing my sweet memory of putu ayu😍..my favorite school snack that I often asked my mom to get for me from the pasar market before school 🥰.
