Sometimes people ask how Parkminster began and why we do things the way we do.
After preparing a Q&A for an upcoming magazine feature, I realised it might be helpful to share the story here too. From the early days making natural candles at my kitchen table, to blending fragrances today in our Cornish Fragrance Workshop, the journey has been full of lessons about patience, independence, and staying true to what matters.

Still thinking about the incredible meal we had last night at @flora_newyard … honestly one of the BEST dining experiences in Cornwall right now.
The food was absolutely AMAZING - refined, elegant and beautifully crafted, with so many ingredients grown right on site or sourced just down the road from Trelowarren. You can really taste the care and connection to the land in every dish.
