What a minute, we’re taking it back to 2016? C’est parti! … Bonjour! Moi c’est Chef Boris! I have a good amount of new followers so I’d like to re-introduce myself. I’m the owner and executive Chef of Risbo! I’m born and raised in Paris, France and have been living in NYC for 30 years. I signed the lease to Risbo in 2016, did a complete demolition to what at the time was a real estate office and built the foundation, welded the tables, the bar, created a backyard and everything in between. Although Risbo is my second restaurant, it’s my first as a solo owner and a place I have built brick by brick, with my bare hands — including the menu. … It’s my love letter to Paris, my home.
