Recently, we spent a cozy weekend at the hotel, named after the historic Thaynes Chairlift, a local three-mile mineshaft turned underground ski lift from the 1960s (sadly no longer in operation). The 128-room hotel features new ski storage facilities, an expanded sauna, a fitness center, an indoor and outdoor pool, and an overall design refresh with colorful, retro details like the mini SMEG fridges in guest rooms. A true mix of PR, events, content, design brain, and storytelling all in one. I love the job I’ve creatively created for myself. The vibe?
