She landed in Popoyo, Nicaragua — a small surf town where ox carts still run the roads and the days move with the sun. Now she’s raising her son near the ocean, building a creative practice, and learning what she calls the art of noticing.

Because yesterday was love day + 2 years since we celebrated our wedding, I found myself reminiscing on the literal BEST day of my life.
Although we already had been married for a while and bubba was a little bean in my belly, it still felt so magical to share this big love with our people.
To my love @dylan_bellingan THANK YOU for being who you are. For loving me unconditionally, and holding true to the vows we made on this day. For choosing me back and dying to yourself daily to serve our family ❤️🔥 and for always being down to have the most fun! My best friend por siempre.
I love you today, tomorrow , and the day after that!

Feeling so much gratitude towards this sweet community of mamis and papis. We get together almost every sunset and let the kids run around naked and wild in the tide pools. What a life these monitos have! Mothering with a village is a gift I will never take for granted. Gracias Dios por esta gente tan bella!

Hoy fuimos a ver las piedras que solo se dejan ver en invierno. Ellas levantan pequeñas cuevas donde jugamos a ser piratas buscando tesoros. Las pocitas que nacen con la marea baja nos abrazan al mediodía, cuando el sol cae pesado y uno siente que el mar es la única sombra posible.
La vida aquí es tan sencilla que a veces parece mentira… pero en esa sencillez se esconde una felicidad tan completa!
Regresar después de dos meses en Estados Unidos me dejó claro que mi sistema nervioso no nació para estar en un eterno corre corre. Este aterrizaje ha sido un recordatorio de por qué escogimos este ritmo, este lugar, y este modo de existir.

Por cada detalle que pusiste en el mundo con un plan perfecto, aunque a veces solo lo entendamos cuando bajan las olas y el corazón por fin se aquieta.
