khāos agent: Paige DeFrees
Paige DeFrees (she/her) is a native from Chester County where she has trained in numerous styles of dance including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, vogue, contemporary and commercial styles. Throughout her dance training she has attended many summer intensives such as Philadelphia Ballet, Boston Ballet, UNCSA and more. Paige will be graduating from Shenandoah University, with a BFA in dance and a B.S. in exercise science. During her time at Shenandoah she trained under faculty including Erica Helm, Daniel Padierna, Tiffanie Carson, Maurice Fraga, Lindsay Browning, Ruddy Frias, Angela Dice Nguyen, Lisa Startsman, Demetia Hopkins, and Shylo Martinez. She has also had the opportunity to work with guest artists Maleek Washington, Doug Varone, DanceWorks Chicago, Mike Esperanza, Cat Cogliandro, and Zojea Azeke. Her choreographic journey consists of solo work, group numbers, as well as having the privilege to choreograph a piece for the Shenandoah Wind Ensemble. Paige is in her second season with the MA.DE Dance Collective, where she has performed works by Maggie DeFrees at Dancing Beyond and Koresh Artist Showcase.
