Last month was the world premiere of Beautiful Human Lies: Chapter 4, the solo I performed at The Philadelphia Fringe Festival, choreographed by Rennie Harris. If you saw the show, thank you for being there!

It was a completely sold out weekend, September 6-8 at the Drake Proscenium Theater. I got standing ovations every night. 😳🥺🥹😎
The show is intensely athletic, and emotionally cathartic for me as a performer.
A lot of people were moved or changed by the piece, and talked about how it felt so deeply personal but also so relatable. One audience member said I had “done the impossible,” that I had created a shared space of feeling around something vulnerable and raw.

Critical responses have been trickling in, which I welcome. I would love to hear from you, too—if you saw the show and have questions, comments, or want to get into conversation with me about it, please get in touch!
From my heart, and to all of the people—friends, family, loved ones, collaborators, audience members, supporters, and Fringe personnel—who have made this work possible and supported me along the way with this transformational project....THANK YOU!!!
