Dat kan tijdens onze openingsuren op vrijdag en zaterdag tegen een kleine vergoeding van € 5,00 voor materiaal, koffie en thee. Gisteren waren we @oyfo_techniekmuseum bij het Textiel Symposium ‘De Nieuwe Draad’ met lezingen en presentaties over diverse ontwikkelingen mbt duurzame & circulaire textiel. Zelfmaakmode leeft! Het textielcafé ‘Zelfmaakmode’ ‘Made in Twente’ @museumfabriek door Astrid Hage was dé perfecte invulling voor een regenachtige dag zoals gisteren! Met verrassend leuke sprekers en ontmoetingen! o.a.: @nora.veerman , @byjasmijnmiltenburg , @studio.iesje , @tanidrawsthings , Harry’s Stoffenhal, Leon Bouwman, Harry Snijders, Hannah de Vries, Henny Kramers. En de handbedrukte stoffen van Studio BonBon in Enschede (jaren 80) destijds het bedrijf van Alke de Kroes en Christine van der Heide: @cwvanderheide Hun dessins werden toegepast door bekende modeontwerpers en waren ook beschikbaar voor makers van zelfmaakmode. Het publiek bestond uit verschillende generaties vrouwen én mannen die zelf mode maken of maakten en waren gekleed in zelfgemaakte creaties, wij dus ook !-) ☂️🧥🧣 ••••••••••• The ‘Made in Twente’ Textile Café about DIY Fashion is an initiative by Astrid Hage @museumfabriek featuring some surprisingly engaging speakers and opportunities to meet people! A brilliant and perfect way to spend a rainy day like yesterday! DIY fashion is alive and kicking! And it’s making a comeback!
