It's time! 🎉🎉 April–July bespoke brand spaces are now available. After a few months of building behind the scenes, refining, evolving and shaping what’s next for the studio and Outrageously You, I’ve opened my calendar for 1:1 brand work. These brand packages are designed to champion the people behind the business - they’re bold, unmistakable identities that reflect your ambition, your value and the energy behind what you’re building. I don't create logo's or brands that blend in. I create identities that are boldly curated, clearly defined and confidently expressed. If you’re building something with ambition and passion, make sure you’ve got an unmistakable brand to back it (and you). I'm only taking 5 clients on before summer, so they won't last long. If it feels like the right time, book a call via my website. I’d love to hear what you’re creating.đŸ„° ....................................................... I used to think confidence just happened to other people. After 5 years in business I know it’s something you can build, especially when you stop trying to be the “perfect founder” and start showing up as the real, human, slightly chaotic version of you. That’s exactly what we talked about when i joined Debbie Gilbert on her podcast for @bestbusinesswomenawards Where we chat about all things awards, branding, confidence, and what can truly happens when you let your personality lead. We talked about my journey as the founder of a design studio and how this evolved into hosting the Outrageously You Awards - and what a journey it's been! I shared about how I built my own confidence and business acumen over the years by surrounding myself with incredible, inspiring and ambitious women. A big part of this was through joining supportive communities from the beginning, which taught me the importance of celebration over competition and became such a big part to my business and is at the heart of the awards. We also chatted about what’s next for the awards and the possibility of bigger plans for next year including workshops, brand photoshoots, and collaborations with other women. Of course, I couldn’t resist talking about branding itself, it's fundamental to any business and my passion. I describe it as a cocktail of elements: colour, font, tone, visuals, and above all, consistency. When these align, they reflect your brand’s personality, build your confidence, and attract your ideal clients. Finally, I shared one of my biggest pieces of advice: surround yourself with people you aspire to emulate - people who lift you up, challenge you, and show you what’s possible. So tell me... are you showing up as the real you, or the “polished” version you think you should be? #businessawards #womeninbusinessuk

Since OYA, my inbox has been full of the most beautiful, supportive messages from women offering to help, collaborate, or simply cheer from the sidelines next year. Here’s just one of my faves from yesterday: “I just wanted to say a huge thank you for putting together such an incredible awards ceremony. It was so uplifting, so well thought out, and honestly, such a joy to be part of. You clearly put so much effort into making it an unforgettable evening - it really showed! If there’s anything I can do to help next year, I’d be more than happy to get involved
I arrived not knowing anyone and left knowing lots of lovely people.” đŸ„°đŸ„°đŸ„° Events like this are hard work, and because I like to always do better, the energy I put into it increases. But .... when women come together like this, not just to celebrate, but to lift each other up... it makes every single bit of it worth it. If you’ve sent a message, offered to help, or even just shared your experience from the night, thank you. ❀ You’re the reason this outrageous movement keeps growing, and why I know it’s only just getting started. 💛 Here’s to the women who keep showing up, for themselves, for each other, and for what’s possible. Thank you as ever to @rosieparsonsphotography for the photos and @winifredroseclothing for the dress of dreams #femalebusinessawards #awardswithpersonality #oya25

The Outrageously You Awards 2025 was everything we dreamed of and more - bold, sparkly, unapologetic, and absolutely overflowing with heart. 💖 A huge congratulations to our incredible winners: ✹ @electricpeachstudios — Outrageously Vibrant ✹ @the.uncouple.coach — Outrageously Heart-Led ✹ @wo0photography — Outrageously Brave ✹ @sydneyaly — Outrageously Magnetic ✹ @elisabeth.carleyleonard — Outrageously Authentic The whole day was unforgettable, from women stepping out of their comfort zones (some even showing up solo 👏) to dancefloors full of glitter, laughter, and connection, this was never just about the awards. It was about celebrating each other, cheering loudly, and proving that community over competition really is the future of business.  The Magic Mirror photos are absolute gold! I’ve been crying with laughter looking through themÂ đŸ€Ł And a special shoutout to everyone who rocked up early for the pre-party mingle -  sunshine, sparkles, and some seriously fab new connections made it was the perfect ice-breaker. Thank you to everyone who showed up - whether you came to cheer, support, dance, or simply celebrate yourself. You made the night what it was. Big thanks to @rosieparsonsphotography for taking the gloriously colourful photos 😍  and finally to @anorakcat and @intheheartoflondon for the day after chats and business talk, exciting things ahead for all of us! đŸ’« Until next time- keep shining, keep celebrating, and keep showing the world what happens when women lead with passion and authenticity. .... The best bits.... The more you do something, the more you work out what the best bits are. This year I tried to harness the best bits from last years event, more pudding?... Wine?.... Sparkles? I mean, I did add more of that, but that's not what I'm focusing on. The biggest thing I added this year was, more time and opportunity for the women to connect, laugh and hopefully feel seen. Id love to know what you would like more of if you came again next year 👀✹ Photo by the fabulous @rosieparsonsphotography Of @elisabeth.carleyleonard And @cgritmon looking outrageous đŸŽ‰đŸ’ƒâ™„ïž

This week has been WILD ✹ đŸȘ© I became a bestselling author in Beyond the Mirror, sharing my chapter on self-love that goes far deeper than what we see in the mirror. đŸȘ© And I won the Outrageously Authentic Award at the Outrageously You Awards 🏆 - recognised for how I show up online and offline with unapologetic authenticity. What both of these incredible achievements really drives home is that authenticity really is a strategy. Not just for likes. Not just for clout. But for building trust, growing businesses, creating impact
and yes, even winning awards. I’ve built my life and my business on the belief that founder-led content is 3x more trusted and 22x more memorable than faceless branding - and this week really is the proof that what I’m on my soapbox about REALLY does work đŸ’â€â™€ïž So if you’ve ever worried you’re “too much” or “not enough” - remember this: being unapologetically yourself can literally change your life. So what’s one way that you can shed the mask of “being professional on social media” and show up as YOU this week? Let me know in the comments so I can cheer you on đŸ«¶ A HUGE thank you to @klloydcreative for hosting such a a amazing event @outrageously.you đŸ«¶ And for @mrsmichellehartley for choosing me as her winner đŸ„č
