131 Smith Street is a multi-residential project in Fitzroy, Melbourne, blending contextually driven design with the area’s historical character. A rich material palette defines the interior, with deep tones in the foyer transitioning to lighter spaces beyond. Apartments feature natural timber, refined marble, and bespoke joinery, engendering a warm and uncomplicated calmness.
58 Porter Street adds a thoughtful presence to South Yarra, Australia. The architecture brings to mind the neighbourhood’s industrial past, yet its geometry and soft textures feel truly contemporary.
Inside, the design is calm and deliberate: restrained colour schemes, intelligent layouts, and interiors that welcome light throughout the day.
Sustainability is embedded in the structure itself — solar panels, rainwater harvesting, efficient glazing, and integrated greenery work together to support everyday living.
CUUB’s role was to visualise not only the building but the experience of being there. Our renderings capture simple moments: morning light across a balcony, the calm order of sustainable design, and the pulse of Prahran’s vibrant neighbourhood just beyond the door.
