At Docker Street, geometry becomes gesture — a spiral stair that draws you upward, walls that soften corners, ceilings that follow their own logic.
We wanted architecture that felt less like rooms and more like a continuous unfolding. Timber ceiling warms the volumes overhead while curved forms below guide movement without instruction.
The result is a home that breathes differently. Light pools in unexpected places. Corners disappear. Every threshold feels like an invitation.

At Christmas Street, we introduced a muted sage green not as accent, but as anchor — a sculptural staircase, floor-to-ceiling joinery, and custom cabinetry that thread through the home like a quiet signature.
Set against raw concrete and light timber, the green becomes both grounding and unexpected. It softens industrial edges while holding its own as a material in the conversation.
The courtyard beyond dissolves the boundary between inside and out — succulents and native planting extending the palette into landscape.
Designed for clients who wanted warmth without weight, and boldness without volume.

Project Architect & Graduate positions available
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience using Archicad and be proficient in all aspects of the software.
The primary responsibility of the project architect will be to manage single and multi-residential projects from conception to completion. This includes creating and implementing design concepts, preparing construction documents, coordinating with project consultants and contractors.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Experienced Graduates of Architecture:
The successful candidate must have experience using Archicad.
The responsibilities of the graduate of architecture will be to support project architects and Directors with single and multi-residential projects from conception to completion.
