On 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟬 𝗮𝘁 𝟲:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮 (Ch des Liserons 3, Grand-Lancy, Geneva), OurCluj journey will be presented at an inspiring evening with
@barbarabulc . We’ll explore together how cities and communities can be reimagined - where values of trust, care, and wellbeing take priority over endless economic growth.
Barbara will share insights from 𝗢𝘂𝗿𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, a global 10-year ecosystem initiative active in five cities across the Global North and South. Drawing from the book 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, she will reflect on 𝗢𝘂𝗿𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗷, the values-based urban living lab (VBULL) she has been stewarding with local partners in Cluj, Romania. This novel participatory approach places trust and care at the heart of urban transformation, offering new pathways for sharing power among public, private, and civic actors including youth — to reshape governance and drive systemic change.
