We’re beyond excited to announce that @rob_r_music is coming to Trinco Sutton for a Rooftop Summer Session unlike anything we’ve ever hosted before! 🪄
Born in Jaffna, raised in London, and now playing across Sri Lanka, India, Singapore. Berlin, Prague and beyond, Rob R blends afro-house, tribal rhythms and South Asian electronic sounds into something deeply atmospheric, soulful and completely his own.
For one night only, and his only London show this summer, the set will be embedded within our rooftop community garden, surrounded by plants, sunset skies and the energy of summer in the city with open-air global sounds and our exceptional Sri Lankan food from Trinco, this one already feels incredibly special !
The evening will also include an intimate in-conversation talk with Rob and our CEO Vibushan, reflecting on Sri Lanka, music, identity, culture and the journey behind it all.
Joining Rob on the night will be DJs @tryb_official and @alteregogowshi

From garden to plate! 🌱
We caught up with Greta to hear all about what’s been growing at Oru this season, and the rooftop garden is coming alive.
Already in the ground: tomatoes, broad beans, radish, basil, coriander, and courgettes (plus the cherries and blackberries are thriving 🍒)
Planted today: aubergine, sweetcorn, and peppers. And coming soon, fennel, rhubarb, and more beans and tomatoes are on the way 💨
We’re documenting every stage of the journey, from the very first seeds, and we can’t wait to share more. Watch this space! 🌿
Move, Rest, Release: An Invitation to Reconnect With Yourself 🌱
Join Lorenzo & Asmara for an exciting workshop on the 23rd May! During this 2 and half hour workshop, you’ll be guided through grounding practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness. You can expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with practical tools and rituals to carry into your daily life. supporting emotional resilience, creative consistency, and a healthier relationship with rest.
This session will be followed by an opportunity to connect and mix with other creatives, facilitated by Lorenzo!

Life Drawing at Oru Dulwich! 🖌️
Join us on the 13th June from 17:00-19:00, for a relaxed, life drawing session that offers the opportunity to draw from a nude live model. The session is suitable for both beginners and more experienced artists looking to practise and develop their skills in a relaxed, respectful environment.
Basic materials will be provided, and participants are also welcome to bring their own favourites 🎨
