What I love about this place is the banging focaccia but also that Emily decided to take a leap of faith and follow her passions, this is a prime example of someone letting go of the traditional life and doing something that not only lifts them up but luckily for us, makes our city come alive.
You can catch the Bread Window pop up and @vinvan.ca collab for the next month and then they will be looking for interesting places to continue the good times.
Like all good things they often grow past the first stage of life and weāre excited to see where Mimiās takes us next.

Your boy is back, after 2 months of no exercise whilst I let my nose heal, Iām so stoked to be able to workout again. And have a sauna.
Not drinking booze whilst doing this has saved the old brain but now Iām back to doing everything!
Training will happen mainly in England where Iāll be juggling pints and runs in the countryside.
