Kamloops, that was such a great class.
I had the chance to host a pasta-making workshop at the annual teachers conference, such a good group to cook with. Lots of energy, great questions, and some really solid tagliatelle by the end.
Home economics plays such an important role for kids, it builds confidence, independence, and real-life skills they carry with them far beyond the classroom. Itās something that deserves way more recognition.
Thank you to all the teachers who joined. I really appreciate you taking the time, and everything you do doesnāt go unnoticed.

Hi guys, a little intro since I see some new faces! I basically grew up in a restaurant. My parents opened one of the first wood-fired pizzerias in the 80s, and Iāve been obsessed with food ever since. I trained in Vancouver, worked overseas in London, Ireland, and Italy, and fell in love with teaching cooking classes along the way.
Back in Vancouver, I started my Aperol Spritz & Pasta Classes, first in my dadās restaurant, now sold-out monthly at Conscious Lab plus private events at Mon Pitou. If youāve been, you know itās hands-on, chaotic, and all about having the best time.
