Tucked between our kitchen and herb beds, this open-air space is one of our favorite places to spend a slow afternoon. Intimate tables for two, shaded by umbrellas, perfect for enjoying seasonal wines and wood-fired dishes right where it all begins.

Thank you to @eater_dc for spotlighting Burnt Hill Farm as one of the regionâs most exciting new culinary destinations and highlighting The Chefâs Counter, our intimate 12 seat tasting menu experience on the hilltop in Clarksburg, Maryland.
The story captures so much of what weâre building here: estate wines, regenerative farming, modern architecture, deep hospitality, and Chef @tae_shik__ âs personal, place driven cooking coming together on a 117 acre polyculture farm.
