Got on @resy for a quick res w the amex for one. First one at the bar top & the last one left. and the most important question is: Will this dry-aged bone marrow waygu burger w that umami cheese be my weekly (Tuesday) dinner? Seriously delich! & I mean I was at @five5eeds nearly everyday for about six months. Heard chef retired - & sad I wasn’t able to say bye but huge congrats! Restaurants = my doctors office. Everyday.
I turned down working @disney@themandalorian so got nothing to show May the Fourth. But Tuesday for the fifth of May I’m in & at @matildaparkcity - I read, I attempt to write, I drink one pourover or two cups of drip coffee; and I ate. Happiness through food & hospitality.

The Matilda Bone Marrow Burger—dry-aged wagyu, bone marrow, house-made umami cheese, caramelized onions on a @redbicyclebread potato bun—served with fries for $20. We also have some great burger night drink specials.
