Stolen Touches, acrylic on canvas 🫶🏻 My friend Livi gave me a postcard from the national portrait gallery the other day with one of @jennysavilleofficial paintings on it, and she wrote on the back 'indulge your most creative self'... And that's what I've been doing. I drew inspiration from Jenny's paintings and use of colour for this one, (and a black and white stock image of some hands, lol). Really didn't fancy Glastonbury this year and I'm so looking forward to spending a weekend deep cleaning my flat, painting + listening to old episode of Ellis James and John Robins (my new obsession). Life comes at you fast !!! Hope you like this one, hehe

Here is how I've been doing my wavy hair! It comes out slightly differently every time but I'm starting to perfect how much of each @merwaveofficial product I use (I was gifted the kit!) and definitely less is more! My hair was poker straight when I was younger but as I've gotten older I noticed it sometimes dried a bit wavy, but because I can blow dry it straight in honestly like 2 mins I never rly let it air dry! Turns out maybe it's much wavier than I thought? It does take a bit of time with the scrunching and I've found that the next day I look a mess so have been washing it every day but if anyone has tips on how to prolong the waves pls lmk! Can ask me any qs but hopefully this explains what I do! #wavyhair #hairtutorialvideo

'Quick pls can you get a pic of me walking towards you but just make it look like we're talking to each other so it's not obvious?' Over a decade of posting on Instagram and I'll still never not feel embarrassed trying to take photos in public! Thought this look deserved to be on grid thank you so much @agolde for this divine set 🍋 *gift* Miraculously ate all sorts of divine food @allroads_ldn LN—gorg new spot—including the juiciest spare ribs, and managed to not get a single morsel on myself!!! which is genuinely a personal best!! Sometimes I'll find like avocado in my eyebrow for example? Like hours after I've eaten it? I did however suffer from dirt on the hem of my new jeans bc I'm a short arse and need to get them taken up. But for about 5 or 6 years I've convinced myself I'm going to learn how to sew so I can take stuff up/ make my own clothes, have I? No! Will I? Probably not. Nipped to @glofulham the other day for some face-framing highlights & it's my favourite for when you want easy hair that you can let grow out, but still get that blonde fix! Ok think that's all 4 now! C ya! X

For four straight days, one brave woman (me) has dedicated 10 full minutes of her life each morning to scrunching her hair, adding progressively more gel each time… …you won’t believe the results! (I actually am quite surprised tbf)

Paris is always a good idea! Difficult because it doesn't go anywhere. Difficult not to have too many glasses of wine. Rude to say no to cheese, Especially rude to say no to bread, A crime, in some circles possibly this one. Might as well take up smoking again. Paris doesn't care either way. Hard to impress it. You agree to everything anyway, Impressed. Until next time, My head hurts x

Running a marathon is mental... as in, it's totally insane in the membrane, as in, so much of the battle is in your head. And as someone who goes to battle with their head in general, it's quite an amazing thing to try and conquer your brain. I am not a natural born mind over matter woman. My mind loves to win over matter. During a long run (whatever that looks like to you), you get to tell your brain to shut up!! And it has to listen! (Obviously quite a lot going on in the legs, too, but honestly, especially at the end, it's your brain that sabotages you) But a marathon? Whew! I can't believe we do them! I can't believe I did another one? Probs gonna do another one! Thank you so much to @sports_tours_international for my spot at Paris, truly beautiful and I was having the time of my life until about 30km, when I started to think that, actually, I'd really like an iced oat latte and a little sit down. It was hilly! It was BUSY! It was much better than Berlin because I didn't cry! Slay! I absolutely love the training part and then it gets close to a race and I'm like?? Haha that's funny that past me signed me up to this, what a little joker!!! Never let anyone make you think a marathon is easy, it's totally nuts how the last few km are just bonkers, you simply want to lie on the floor, but you don't!! You keep going! And then you get given a medal! Which is so nice as an adult when you've outgrown stickers etc for praise🥇 I still can't believe I run? Let alone a two-time marathon runner?? Thanks to @runna for making me a runner!! Couldn't do it without you!! You can use my code OENONE to try for yourself! Chip time: 4:17:08 Going to have some wine now thanks x

Last time I was in Paris was when I lived here for a bit in 2024... I'd just started running + was training for my first half marathon. I flew back to London for the Hackney Half and had my classic Parisian breakfast pre-race. When I arrived the @runna team asked me what I'd had and I said 'a coffee and a vogue?'. They hastily fed me a banana and explained that wasn't quite right fuelling. 2 years, 3 half marathons and 1 whole marathon later, I'm back!! And I've gotten really good at eating breakfast!! Awh shit here we go again, marathon no2 tomorrow! 🤍🤍🤍
