To piggy back on our last timeline post, creating your wedding photography timeline is like a fine art: we want to allow enough time and space to breathe and enjoy the moment, but not too much where we’ve not allotted for other events to be included, too. We take into account your wedding party size, transition time between locations, time for your pups to be brought and greet them, movement for fun spontaneous photos, and then concluding so we can tuck you away safely before guests arrive!

The Oak Barn at Loyalty has a perfect rain plan inside the barn. We have a ceremony set up on the first floor with two options - one facing the mountains with our arched glass doors - the other is facing the open barn doors at the end of the barn. Once the ceremony is over, guests are invited upstairs to our spacious u-shaped balcony for cocktail hour. During this time, the vendor team is flipping the downstairs into a gorgeous reception space. When cocktail hour is over, your guests walk down our stairs to continue the event.
