I was commissioned by the Rainham Change Makers, part of
@haveringchanging to lead a series of engaging photography workshops and guided photo walks for the Rainham community. Over six creative weeks, the community artists learnt the art of taking a good and engaging photo and explored how photography can tell different stories. The workshops covered composition, architecture photography, street photography, portrait photography, editing and creative writing.
The community artists documented Rainham through their lens, telling stories of the area and community. A curated selection of their work is now proudly exhibited at The Hayloft in Rainham Hall, a celebration of community, creativity and local identity. On until Sunday 12th April.
