A new University College London study found that engaging in the arts, from painting and music to museums and theater, was linked to slower biological aging, with benefits comparable to physical activity in some measures. Meet Garvin Hastings, production designer for “The Tragedy of Julius Caesar”. ️Originally from Nashville and now based in NYC, Garvin earned a B.F.A. in Costume Design from Syracuse University with a minor in Medieval and Renaissance History, and spent three years at NYU Tisch School of the Arts pursuing deeper visual storytelling through costume design.Check out our interview with Garvin about her “Caesar” design, now on our website - link in bio!
