Nová síť vysílá své speciální velvyslance na průzkum do Itálie. A to stínovat! Co to vlastně znamená?
👉 Stínování (shadowing) znamená, že na pár dní nahlížíme do zákulisí partnerské organizace, sledujeme její práci zblízka a učíme se přímo v praxi. Nejde o klasickou konferenci ani turistický výlet, ale o sdílení know-how, inspiraci a budování spolupráce.
Tentokrát vyrážíme v rámci projektu

@amatmarche . Budeme:
🟡 poznávat jejich tým a fungování kanceláře,
🟡 sledovat, jak připravují program a spolupracují s regionem,
🟡 objevovat místní kulturní instituce a projekty,
🟡 společně navštívíme Pesaro Danza Focus Festival.
Prozkoumáme třeba možnosti touringu divadelních představení mimo velká centra. A moc se už těšíme, balíme kufry a již zítra vyrážíme! 🤩

Nová síť is sending its special ambassadors on an exploration trip to Italy. And this time, to do some shadowing! But what does that actually mean?
👉 Shadowing means that for a few days we step behind the scenes of a partner organisation, observe their work up close, and learn directly from practice. It’s not a traditional conference or a tourist trip, but rather a chance to share know-how, gain inspiration, and build collaboration.
This time, within the
@sparseproject , we are heading visit the Italian organisation AMAT. We will:
🟡 get to know their team more deeply and how their office operates,
🟡 observe how they prepare their programme and collaborate with the region,
🟡 explore local cultural institutions and projects,
🟡 attend the Pesaro Danza Focus Festival together.
The sister organisation Malá inventura and Nová síť will also explore opportunities for touring theatre performances. We can’t wait — we’re packing our suitcases and setting off tomorrow! 🤩
