Some tidbits art wise from the last couple years and an update -
took a much needed art break and posting break to focus on my health, but still dreaming, tinkering and playing at a slow pace. More projects (TBA) in their incubatory period are well underway so stay tuned or something.
Preaching to the choir here, but I am increasingly becoming fatigued w the meta content machine and social media format in general. It feels so yuck to internalise this neo-capitalist myth of "branding" and "promoting oneself" on this app, all the while the algo is pushing out less and less of the posts from the people and artists you actually care about. When I do dip back in here occasionally I reflexively have to change my settings to see less ads and suggested posts- it's absurdly Sisyphean.
