I met David Tennant!
I’ve always been a massive fan of Doctor who, (fun fact, I placed 3rd in a middle school talent show for performing a monologue from Who 🙈) and of course, David voices the wonderful Huyang from clone wars and Ahsoka! I have to stop listing all the things David is in that I like now, because we would be here ALL DAY.
It was a super quick interaction but he was very warm, and told me I looked great ✨

This is what I’ve been up to recently!
I wanted to practice more with some of the skills that were demonstrated last time I was at @makinariumukltd
I decided these were good, small projects to practice how best to use Mouldlife’s Mould-Doh and fast cast resin.
With this combination of products I was able to make moulds quickly and cast multiple in a short time frame due to the quick cure time of both products.
Fast cast resin is helpful for this as its already short cure time can be sped up even more with heat. I also like to demould while it is still slightly bendy, in order to remove excess resin most easily with a sharp blade.
Overall I had a good time practicing with these projects and I’m happy with the outcome of both.
I feel more confident now is some basic mouldmaking and casting skills, and I look forward to putting them to use in future projects too!

Sharing the experience of The Mandalorian and Grogu Fan Event at @cineworldlsq with my partner and our friends was a really special moment and I’m glad we got to experience that together before the combined craziness of release weekend and @mcmcomiccon takes hold!
I’m extremely grateful to @ddaglobal for their support in gaining press access next week.
It’s going to be really useful for me professionally as I’m stage hosting all across the release weekend.
Attending the media screening not only guarantees I won’t get caught out with a cheeky spoiler, but it enables me see the whole movie, have time to write a review, create a video and still be able to take care of my responsibilities across the weekend at MCM.
Thank you guys- you’ve just made the next two weeks a little but less stressful! 🫶🏻

What a massive evening for @ilikethatwookie and myself!
We were lucky enough to be invited to walk the carpet at the Mando and Grogu fan event 👏🏻 (it still sounds CRAZY!)
Even better than that, everywhere we looked at this event, there were friends to be seen, friends we have made through a shared love of Star Wars, a franchise which has had a huge impact on our lives especially over the past few years.
The first 20 minutes of the film we got to watch were filled with excitement, AND some banging techno tunes
Look- you’re not going to want to miss this, so
I highly recommend you watch The Mandalorian and Grogu in cinemas on May 22nd (ideally in IMAX)

I had a lot of fun making the speeder helmet from Ahsoka! As usual, I didn’t get enough footage for a full video, but hopefully this gives some idea of the process :)
☀️ Sun is out! so I’m in my shed, naturally ☀️
This Sabine speeder helmet has been a little on/off project for me for a while now, I’ve just been adding little touches to it inbetween waiting for things to print or paint to dry etc!
I finally got around to finishing the visor (my first time working with a clear resin printed visor- Thankyou @mimic_hobby for printing it for me, since my resin printer is too small for that kind of job!)
This was a fun little side project to go back to whenever I had a minute, and at times a bit difficult in terms of reference because it’s only in Ahsoka for about a minute 😂 the visor does actually flip up on this file too, which is a cool addition!
