This month’s poster was made by @noice.frog . Inspired by road signs and simple pictography, he wanted to represent all types of people-powered vehicles! He hopes everybody has a NOICE ride 🐸. C’mon down on whatever person powered, people propelled or food fuelled machine you have, make an evening of it and feel the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you don’t have to get a taxi home later, your ride is just outside locked to a lamppost! Trad Folkin' Rocks 🤘
I've had the pleasure of working with the lads at @tradfolkinrocks to design their logo and print a load of stickers that are scattered across bars & fiddle cases in Ireland and beyond!
Trad Folkin' Rocks are a group of musicians, artists and event professionals that are playing a big part in the recent resurgence of Irish trad music. The project was inspired by the late Dara Aherne Clarke, who always dreamed of trad music being played not only in cosy bar sessions, but on stage at venues and festivals around the country. We miss you Dara 🤎🐻

It's A Sign Tarot Cards! 🃏
Buzzing to see my work come to life at the @atomgallery Time of The Signs Exhibition curated by the fantastic @leoboydprints 🚸
This piece was a big risk as I've never made anything like it before. Lots of moving parts, late nights researching tarot, and long sessions laminating cards.. Big shout out to my mum and my partner for helping me construct the final piece.
Who would have thought there is such a large community of artists that take inspiration from public signage! I've been inspired by the talented creators I spoke with at the opening show, and look forward to sharing more ideas 💕

The recent fire at @cathedralcollectivebelfast has brought to light some glaring problems affecting artists in Belfast over the past few years.
Suspicious studio fires, artists evicted from perfectly good spaces, and usable buildings lying empty, waiting to be turned into offices. Meanwhile, passionate creators are leaving the city to find work as they can't thrive at home, and some are losing motivation entirely.
Artist give a city meaning. They give a reason for tourists to visit. They brighten up the streets and the lives of the people that live on them. They are an essential part of society, and without them we would be lost.
From speaking with artists from other cities & countries, it seems this isn't just a local issue, but an issue affecting artists worldwide. The @niassembly & @artscouncilni urgently need to secure a sustainable arts & creative sector!! ⚠️
Creative work is work, not just a side hustle.
