That was fun!
Time for rest and reflection (and skiing). What’s next will come soon enough and I can’t wait to find out.
Thank you to ALL OF YOU who made this happen. A true team effort.

MASSIVE congratulations to @noah.dines on achieving his goal of 3 million vertical feet (914,400 meters) of human-powered skiing in 2024!
On October 24, 2024, the Vermont-based Fischer athlete set a new benchmark for the most self-powered vertical feet skied in a calendar year, cresting over the 3 million mark while skinning at Corralco Ski Resort on Volcano Lonquimay in Chile.
Dines’ new landmark comes only seven weeks after he broke @airandrice ’s 2016 record of 2.5 million vertical feet. And while that achievement had the gloss of a new world record, this new one carries a special personal resonance for Dines. It’s the goal he set for himself back in February 2023, and the one he’s been aiming for since he started his pursuit in January 2024.
Dines shows no sign of stopping—or slowing down—after reaching his goal, and intends to keep skiing as much as possible throughout the rest of the year. Everyone at Fischer is incredibly proud of Noah and this accomplishment. We can’t wait to see just how high he sets the bar. #livetoski

The crowds in the National Parks can feel crushing. Luckily you can find nobody about a quarter mile from the road.
This is the @hyperlite_mountain_gear Pemi 15 pack. First run with it and it feels really good. Excited to try it loaded up!
