"It's always darkest before dawn." A proverb that perfectly describes the journey of COROS athlete, @aaalmgren Interruptions to Andreas' career came in many forms: injuries, untimely illnesses, and broken training blocks. A cycle very familiar to many endurance athletes. We caught up with Andreas to understand whether these challenges have defined him or refined him coming into the 2026 track season. Check out our link in bio to read the full story.

3 reasons to check out my new PACE 4👇🏁 - The nylon band is woven with gold yard using a jacquard technique, featuring the “FEARLESS” mantra and a subtle track lane pattern on the reverse. - A transparent dial reveals an inner gold pin securing the dial to the watch body, an exclusive design to this edition. - An aluminum bezel provides durability while maintaining a sleek profile. - Most importantly, it’s the coolest looking running watch ever made. For @saraalonso5 , Zegama is home. It's the terrain she knows, and a start line that means more every time she steps onto it. After last year's win, Sara returns knowing exactly how to race this course, but this time she'll also be using the new COROS Pace Strategy feature to monitor her effort on iconic climbs like the Sancti Spiritu. Good luck, Sara! 🎉

There are few athletes more closely connected to a race than @kilianjornet is to Zegama. Since his first victory in 2007, the course has become one of the defining threads of his career. In the last 19 years, Kilian has won the race 11 times, and this weekend he returns to Zegama after skipping last year’s edition to reclaim his crown. In our latest blog, we look at what this course has taught Kilian over the years, and how experience, pacing, and decision-making continue to shape his approach. To be a runner is to be fearless. For Jakob Ingebrigtsen, the most decorated middle-distance runner of a generation, the “Fearless” mentality is a mindset, a protocol, and a way of life. The last 18 months have tested that mindset. A period of extremes: the weight of Olympic expectations, and the grueling silence of injury. Progress comes in peaks and valleys. Yet we carry on. Not because we have to, but because we choose to – a choice every runner understands. The special edition COROS PACE 4 Jakob Ingebrigtsen and HRM arrives May 14. Be Fearless.

Back-to-back. 🏆 @victorbozo takes first place at Traka 560 in Girona, Spain for the second year in a row. He knew the field was faster coming into this season, and that his race tactics needed to evolve. “Today, the approach is more global, with the idea of becoming an athlete first rather than just a cyclist.” Nutrition Alerts on DURA kept him fueled throughout the grueling event. One of the many small details that made the winning difference. Link in bio to read more about the evolution in Victor’s training behind this year’s win. 🚵 📸: @nils_laengner

Motherhood doesn't have a finish line, but it demands everything an elite athlete already knows: patience, adaptability, relentless endurance. 🏔️ @tinaemelie spent years racing with structured training plans and taper schedules. Now, as a mother of three, her training looks different. Returning to training after becoming a mother is about building something new, rather than putting too much pressure on herself to pick up where she left off. "I'm much more flexible now. I make a bigger plan for maybe three weeks, and then I adjust within that. Before I spent many hours in the mountains — now I'm more structured. And both ways can lead to a high level." This week, Emelie was back on the start line at Transvulcania, lining up as both an athlete and a mother, taking home 3rd place 🥉. Instead of fixating on who she was before, she thrived as the evolved athlete she is today. Read our full story about the parallels of Motherhood and ultra running at the link in our bio.
