A little walk through the pine forest - from the ritual to our lakefront dinner spot.
Under the full moon, we gathered around the table. Candles, five courses, natural wine and not knowing what time it is 🌕🍷
Edition 2 “Psychedelic Ritual” 🍃
@aleheartful & @the_millenial_heretic shared their magic with us, through movement, breath, sound, and scents.
Light filtered through the trees, touching us softly, as the forest and water surrounded us in safety. A return to presence, nature and connection.
These special moments captured from @madiba.za in the background 🙏
The weather might be changing, but we’re still feeling the warm vibes from our summer gathering with @leapsomeofficial on this berliner rooftop ☀️
We had @danilotimm from @heartchorlove over for a voice activation with the whole team - so much fun!
Some weeks ago we hosted our second edition: Psychedelic Breath.
This time we took 16 people to a small island surrounded by water.
The sun came through the trees, the hill in the middle became our space to breathe and connect. We’ll keep exploring set-ups like this, together with different artists.
Here are a few glimpses from the boat ride. More to come.
@madiba.za thanks for the shots ❤️
swipe for some love 💜
Our closest relationships are the most honest mirrors and the toughest teachers. They show us the dark or hidden sides we’d rather avoid. The places that feel uncomfortable, tender, or even painful to face. But leaning in is where the growth happens.
Feeling more than grateful @_.janekim._ , for the space we share to grow. Individually and together, through every high & low, with everything still to come 💚
Thank you @chartsavalos for seeing us ☺️
6 hours offline. No phones, no distractions. Just the forest, movement, sound and conversations.
In times where presence feels rare, this is exactly what we aim to create with our formats: no screens, no rush. Just people reconnecting with each other and with nature.
A glimpse into our first edition „Movement & Sound“ a few weeks ago.
Grateful to @madiba.za for capturing these moments so beautifully and to @_.janekim._ for co-creating this format with us.
On average, we pick up our phones 150 times a day.
That’s more than 54.000 times a year.
Every notification triggers dopamine but the more you burn online, the less fuel you have for joy offline.
On average, we spend 5 hours a day looking at screens. Over a lifetime, that’s 22 years. 22 years not with people, not in nature, not in presence but scrolling.
But something shifts when you step outside.
Fractal patterns in nature - the curves of tree branches, waves on water, leaves in the wind - change your brain waves.
They activate alpha waves, linked to calm focus and true connection.
Screens are an important part of our daily life. They keep us connected, help us work, help us navigate the world.
But sometimes we say: shut down, look up and just be present with your team.
No calls. No E-Mails. Just this.
Offline is not just about turning off phones. It’s about what happens when they’re gone. No pictures of the setup or food. No video of the interactions. Just presence.
We bring people into nature, remove distraction and let curated focus themes shape the moment. The setup is simple: nature, presence, exchange and connection.
After two formats we know it works. The feedback is deeply positive. Experiencing nature without distraction is not just refreshing, it is a common human need.
This photo is from our first format a few weeks ago. The focus was on Sound & Movement. Which natural sound do you connect with most?
Thanks to @j.mk___ for the beautiful analogue shots.
