The art of connection In a fast and unstable world, connection and community is everything. We create spaces where people truly meet. Beyond roles. Beyond agendas. Human to human. Because when connection grows, trust grows. And from that, everything else becomes possible. This is what drives us and we want more of those moments 🌱🌞

Over the past three years, we have explored more than 30 locations and learned what truly works for company offsites and what does not. Teams have specific needs and the setting has to support focus, connection and smooth logistics. With this experience, we have started to support a small number of locations in their development. Sometimes they reach out to exchange perspectives, sometimes we actively collaborate. At @schlossgut_finowfurt Finowfurt, we had our first touchpoint. With @neupitz.workations , we were part of a one year development journey from the very beginning. Developing places like these is genuinely fun and we also have deep respect for the work behind it. Navigating German bureaucracy is not always easy. For a long time, we considered building our own place. For now, we have decided to focus on partnerships instead. Together with @lokschuppen_pasewalk , we are shaping how this unique site can become a strong offsite space and a meeting point for companies. A workshop a few months ago marked the starting point of a collaboration built on shared insights and real experience. Lokschuppen has strong potential and unique strengths that can truly elevate the region. Next, we will build the process together with the marketing agency @dreissig24 and define how we will open it up to companies. Stay tuned for what comes next.

After our coaching with the Academy for Transformation, one key learning we took away was to establish a format called “gönnt euch” - “treat yourself”. At least once a month, we do something that has nothing to do with work. This time, Pit chose an exhibition titled “Origins” for us: the story of creation from the Big Bang to the first life, presented as an immersive journey. From the origin of the universe to the emergence of complex life forms.

Transforming the HR Pepper office with this incredible team was so much fun! Anna, Ranya, David, Dima, Mario & Niklas absolutely nailed it. And remember: never skip the squats.
