Chaerin Im, Alistair Payne, Nina Rompa en JUNYA: vier uitzonderlijke jazztalenten, vier unieke visies en vier concerten tijdens het Grachtenfestival die je niet mag missen!
In de concertserie Jazz Gems, een samenwerking tussen het Grachtenfestival en de Keep an Eye Foundation, krijgen zij carte blanche om hun muzikale droom tot leven te brengen. Verwacht nieuwe composities, verrassende samenwerkingen en concerten op bijzondere plekken in de stad.

I'm very excited (and a little nervous I must admit 🌝) to play all the new material from our upcoming record. We'll do it in a smaller formation, without the @3violas this time, but with the rest of the dreamband consisting of @kingtritone96@movanderdoes & @williamwadebarrett

Playing the legendary music of Art Blakey & Count Basie is one thing, but singing?! During Big Sounds Amsterdam 2025 a very special project took place: The A-Mee-Zing Big Band. This one-off ensemble sang original jazz repertoire, while meeting each other for the first time! Under the leadership of professional jazz vocalists Anna Serierse & Nina Rompa the band delivered an impressive and unforgettable performance in the Muziekgebouw!

SAMBA! Braziliaanse ritmes, warme harmonieën, samensmeltende stemmen: Cantorias neemt je mee naar verre oorden en vergeten tijden. Vier zangeressen van formaat - @lilianvieira268 , @annaserierse , Femke Smit (@superfemko ) en @ninarompa - met een fantastische band brengen close harmony uit Brazilië. Verwacht traditionele protestliedjes uit de jaren 70 en 80 en klassieke samba's. Dansen!
