/ May Day Farm-to-Table Dinner by chef Sam and Hydrogro team Thank you for crafting a dining experience that felt like art you could taste. From the first bite to the final course, everything felt intentional—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully grown. We were especially blown away by the starter Squid Silk Tzatziki, Bitter Melon, Grilled Squid, Apple Celery Sauce —a delicate balance of creamy, briny, and fresh, with flavors that felt both refined and surprisingly vibrant. 🦑🍏 Also a big thank you to my companion Kay for being part of this unforgettable night :)

生命每刻都在持續改變當中,而「我」只是許多因緣條件下聚合而成,實際上都沒有一個既定定義 / 曾經覺得自己未必離開啡酒,皈依守五戒後,咖啡調酒比賽都輕輕放下,重新欣賞味道的純粹、陪伴友人備賽、淺嘗拍片做訪問 / 經歷無數次生死線起伏,跟同修家人們終於碩士畢業(淚)畢業功課是生死相關的佛法講座,後來延伸到殯儀館開放日、公司團隊活動分享慈心禪,再初嘗入中學導遺書工作坊,感謝一路上默默carry我的每位 / 年底前完成幾場主家前輩們感到滿意的喪禮策劃,有地藏菩薩、好友家人照顧,萬分感激 佛法裏面有一句說話叫「逆增上緣」,在挑戰裡學習,未嘗不是累積智慧的修練,2026 願我愛的你繼續好好活着,保持彈性 ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ想起我的時候歡迎立即撥個輪俾我! #shootgr

今年「九龍殯儀館重陽節開放日」順利完成,再次感謝殯儀館能夠提供場地於這個食環署火化場休息的日子,讓公眾可以參與生死教育及殯儀資訊等活動!不同年齡甚至一家大細都百無禁忌能夠聚首一堂。 感謝 @nikoooffee 為我的活動煮茶及咖啡,讓參加者輕鬆地聽自己分享入行經過、工作日常、簡易規劃自己的身後事及談話交流。 自己亦於空檔時段參加了毋忘愛、桔梗花、守護犬大耳之繪本故事畫展、白彼岸寵物生死教育的活動⋯⋯,獲益良多。今年不同單位及機構的活動總共有二十多個,參與人數亦比去年增長五成以上,希望讓這種減少忌諱的風氣延續,讓我們繼續百花齊放,讓公眾「從死悟生」珍惜生命。 #九龍殯儀館開放日 #百無禁忌大吉大利 fb #黑白灰藍 ig #blackwhitegreybluehk

It’s an incredible honor to be part of such a vibrant community that celebrates the artistry of coffee. ✨ What an incredible journey it has been as one of the Head Judge for this year’s Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits competition! ☕❤️ thanks for carrying me and been learning a lot from the powerful team @susie_deballon @sieuming @christian8947 @sophie_chan ✨ Coffee has a unique way of connecting people, and I’m still buzzing from the amazing talent and creativity displayed by all the participants. [Meeting with Champion - Kwan Jai (2024 HKLAC🥇 ] ✍️ @nikoooffee / 📸 @kwanjai____ ▮ 持續進行拉花練習的原因 拉花十分療癒,亦是我熱衷做的事,不知不覺已堅持了七年。未來目標是在東京比賽中用對流圖案爭取冠軍,而WLAC將用組合圖,會盡力去嘗試完成! ▮ 比賽帶來的得著 比賽讓我學識接受失敗、堅持完成夢想。 由細到大我做事都三分鐘熱度、容易放棄,腦海中都曾經多次想放棄比賽。雖然因為手震輸過很多次,但我仍然想盡力去試,不想留下遺憾! ▮ 最欣賞的咖啡人 欣賞用心做好咖啡、推廣和普及咖啡文化的每一位咖啡人。 ▮ 咖啡以外的興趣 喜歡接觸大自然以及看電影。看電影時可以代入主角身份,短暫逃離現實,代入另一個角色。 ▮ 如果唔做咖啡師,會做甚麼職業 我應該會做老師。(笑) ▮ 推介咖啡/生活的IG page The physics of filter coffee 作者 @jgagneastrocoffee youtube channel - james hoffmann ▮ WPM x KJ 合作推出新奶壺,設計上如何幫助拉花構圖? 新設計可以令我提早做圖、畫線,容許設計圖案時可以做到更多元素,增加難度,圖案畫面視覺上都會更加豐富寫實。設計上另一優點是減少對於晃動力度的要求,就算比賽緊張時刻,手無力都依然能夠輕易晃動,清晰做好每一塊Rosetta! #PMQ #PMQhk #HKLAC2024 #WLAC #WCE #pioneering #professional #creativity #community #coffee #barista #coffeecompetition
