🌸 May Bank Holiday Timesheet Releases 🌸
Due to the upcoming Bank Holidays, we have made some small changes to the timesheet release dates to avoid any disruption to your usual payment dates.
Please make sure you release your timesheets by midnight this Thursday 21st May 2026 to ensure you are paid on Friday 29th May 2026.
We have also communicated with all our partner NHS Trusts to ensure they are aware of the changes that have been made.
Today we celebrate the incredible Operating Department Practitioners (ODP) who work across the NHS. 🏥
From operating theatres to emergency care, their skill and dedication help keep patients safe before, during, and after surgery. Supporting teams, saving lives, and making a difference every single day 👏
We’d also like to take this opportunity to recognise our NHSP ODPs, who have worked a total of 275,233 hours in the NHS over the last 12 months – thank you for all that you do 💙

“Racheal is a dedicated and skillful nurse both within the hospital and when off duty. Two weeks ago, she performed CPR on a gentleman who collapsed outside a shop. She continued until the ambulance arrived. He survived and has now been discharged from hospital.”

Last week on the 22nd April, we celebrated Admin Professionals Day. A day to recognise all the incredible work that our Bank Members carry out every single day to keep vital services in the NHS running.

A huge congratulations to our GEM Award winner, Zahra 💎
Zahra, a Bank Member at @northteesandhartlepoolnhsft embodies the very best of nursing - compassionate, dependable, and deeply committed to those around her. She consistently goes above and beyond to support her team, often stepping in at short notice or coming in hours before her shift even starts to ensure patients always receive the highest standard of care.
Her calm, reassuring presence makes a lasting difference to patients and their families with them often commenting on her kind nature, the reassurance she gives them, and the exceptional care they receive in her hands. Zahra’s dedication, kindness, and strong sense of teamwork shine through in everything she does.
She has continued to be a Bank Member on the Emergency Assessment Unit throughout studying for a university degree and is now dual qualified as a paramedic. Balancing her nursing role with further study is a testament to her drive and passion for care. Zahra is a truly invaluable member of the team, and a fantastic example of what the GEM Awards represent!
