We were grateful to double and sell through last year’s RSD title count at our humble warehouse store and hosted @themarigoldroom_cambridge and @visitcambridgewi Lake Ripley Radio to a small town, Main Street crowd that grows every year.

These days I barely touch the grid—posts feel too permanent, too fixed in a world that’s constantly evaporating and condensing I’d rather exist in the in-between… fleeting, floating, gone like vapor trails in an purple and blue sunset.
That’s probably why I dig records like this—music that doesn’t just play, it *haunts*. Drifts in like a memory you’re not sure you lived. It feels less recorded and more *summoned*—like some luminous, benevolent ghost humming through the speakers and directly into your minds eye.
Or maybe it’s a heatstroke hallucination… colors melting, time stretching, everything glowing just a little too bright. Either way, I’m all the way in.
This collection from @mexicansummer is something special. Let it seep in. Let it swirl. Let it repaint the inside of your mind in shades you didn’t know existed. Thanks to @onticoptic for turning me on. Also check the man @worn_spiral ‘s artwork. Legendary. There are still beautiful things out there.

Welp. We did it. One more Mexican adventure in the books. This one was a dozy. During the many jams when my mind wandered, I kept thinking how grateful I was. Despite the world on fire around us, being on that beach brought me some peace and joy and for some reason I felt like things will eventually be ok. The universe is watching us and despite the way things seem right now it ultimately wants us to be happy. So thank you @julzdewey@oncealizard2@abbynorr@phish and all the rest of you guys I got to spend that precious time with. I cannot wait for next year and to be able to talk about how 2026 saw all the insanity of 2025 put right.
