We have been honored with an invitation by @rimowa to take part in their series of exhibitions “As Seen By”.
Amplifying lightweight construction principles, @newtendency re-contextualises the raw materials of the iconic Rimowa suitcases: the typically hidden lattice is proudly exposed over the signature embossed aluminium sheets – minimum mass; maximum strength.
The exhibition is hosted at the iconic Kant Garagen Berlin, an architectural monument in the Charlottenburg district, and is open to the public until 14th of November 2022.

Polymer Workshop® has collaborated with german design studio NEW TENDENCY to develop and produce a bike display stand made from powder-coated aluminum.
Founded in 2009, Berlin-based design studio New Tendency applies Modernist design principles to contemporary everyday objects. In Bauhaus tradition, NEW TENDENCY creates products characterized by conceptual design, clean aesthetics, and functional form - designed in Berlin.
The Polymer Workshop® + NEW TENDENCY Display Stand is designed for modern race bikes and features a contemporary Bauhaus-inspired design. It’s crafted from two powder coated aluminum plates, assembled with 3 screws. For added protection, the stand features a rubber insert where the frame contacts, aswell as non-slip felt pads to ensure the bike is safe positioned on the display.
