When my wife used to ask me if I’d ever teach a Pilates class, my answer was always “HELL NO” 😂
Honestly, it scared me. Stepping into a mostly female-dominated space, all eyes on you, people depending on your energy for their workout, and maybe even their whole day. It felt like a lot.
But here we are 🐶🔥
I’ve genuinely been having a ton of fun with it, and I hope y’all are too 🙌🏽

So darn proud of the team at @run.nf everyone had their personal goal of 5k, 10k, half marathon and they absolutely crushed their goals !!!! I'm sooo proud of them and everyone out there. We were the loudest team out there rooting eachother on while we passed by eachother ! So proud !!! 🥹 huge thank you to coach @g1_train getting us running !! ❤️
