Mentally? We’re definitely still here! 🫠🤣🧬🖤 Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to every single human being who came out to support our band and Owen & his family! Between us, Last Common Ancestor @last.common.ancestor , and Pink Houses @pinkmfhouses , we completely maxed out the place. We SINCERELY appreciate everyone who waited outside (in the freaking 10° weather 🥶) to get in—and those who still donated even after we hit capacity. That kind of support is a real testament to what showing up for one another can do. If there’s anything to take from this concert, it’s that greater is together. We all need each other—to grieve, encourage, lift one another up, and show up for those in need. Thank you for riding the wave with us as we had a full-on dance party while also paying tribute to all of us who have been directly or indirectly affected by ICE. ❤️‍🩹 HUGEEEE shoutout to Drew on your first show 🎉, Sasha for your AMAZINGGGG vocals (AND KICK-ASS ORIGINAL 🔥), and Karena for being so willing to hop in on violin 🎻—girl is LITERALLY so talented, and jumped in the DAY BEFORE to help finish out Sasha’s original American Dream. We freaking love our community so much. 🌈 Pride Fest was nothing short of amazing! ✨ From Brynnlie’s spontaneous dance moves to that beautiful encore — every moment reminded us why we do this! It’s another show week! We’re so excited to be part of this years Voices of Columbia! Join us as we celebrate 20 YEARS of CASA’s impact on the lives of children in our community! CASA Volunteers are often the only consistent, caring adult in a child’s life who sticks with them through their entire journey through foster care. Every child deserves to have an adult in their corner who they can count on! Every dollar raised during this event helps recruit and train more CASA volunteers who stand up for children in the court system. 🙌🏽 📅 Sunday, June 8 🕒 3–6 p.m. 📍 Logboat Brewing Company This event is a FREE, family-friendly party to celebrate two decades of advocacy and raise funds to continue to make an impact. Summer is coming and @double.helix.band has a few shows lined up. We are exited to bring new covers and some originals as well. So why not showcase ourselves performing “I want you back” last summer with @aina_cook on the vocals. This set up was @alex.gordon3005 on the drums, @nerdbrent on the guitar, @lionelle.miller on the keys, and yours truly on da behs!
