Throwback to this really dope full circle moment I had in London last September at @fume_bbq_festival
Day 2 in the weeds of slinging some epic @kgbbq to the fine folks of London and a customer comes to our booth asking for me by name. Here I am across the pond thinking to myself who could possibly know me when the homie @ndm_steamingstack shows me this photo from a pit tour I gave him in Austin in 2022.
These types of genuine interactions are what makes this industry so great and serves as a good reminder that every person you serve, every dish you plate can make a connection with someone and to never take it for granted.
