Living a dream!!! Played two sold out shows with STING and the fantastic Florida Orchestra last week, conducted by maestro Michael Frances. I am so grateful to work with this amazing boss and his fantastic band and world class crew, performing music that I’ve loved my whole life, in these top notch symphonic settings with phenomenal orchestral musicians. Playing trio at @verse.la with @nickrosenmusic and Scott Tibbs over the past few years has been one of my favorite musical experiences. Scott writes new songs every single week, to be experienced only in the moment by that evening’s audience. Sufjan tribute rhythm section! @jackkovacs put together a massive all-star ensemble in July ‘25 to perform the Illinois album in its entirety. Fun grooves and tricky time signatures! 🔵🟠
Had a great time in ‘25 performing with @sofroniovasquez , international singer and winner of The Voice. We played some great rooms including Town Hall in NYC. Thanks to Sofronio and music director @troylaureta for the opportunity.
