My Greek heritage is rising to the surface these days. Lots of philosophical discussions and contemplations about so many things. The more complex the world becomes, the more my instincts guide me to simplify. Love your family. Sleep well. Eat healthfully. Drink plenty of water and some wine too. Enjoy your life. Don't let any one or any thing steal your joy.
Duvall and Hackman were examples for me. Models. Not only greatly influencing my work but inspiring me. Giving me hope that there was a place for someone like me to find success as an actor and director in the film, television and theater industry. I owe them and others a tremendous debt of gratitude. I wish I got to thank him personally, though I did through mutual friends. Now they are gone but never forgotten.
