Today I just finished an 84 hour liquid fast. Midday was my first meal since Sunday night, it's the longest I've ever done.
Been a whole year now since I chose to do three day (72 hours) liquid fasts for every season as I got inspired by a friend who does it every other month or so and I wanted to test myself. The benefits I've found are what keep me wanting to do it again and again bruh I can't lie. Definitely have to build up to it and prepare yourself.
So much clarity gained for the mind, body and soul and once you get over the hunger pangs it becomes euphoric as a mutha luva... my fifth time doing it now and it has become a lot easier than I expected it to be.
A.M.A if you're interested but not sure about it. I would start off with intermittent fasting for a while first so you can learn to control those carnal urges 😅
First time I did was when I felt run down and listened to my body when it left me with no appetite so you could try then as a start and see how long you can last.
And as there's no food passing through the lips, hydration is even more important so gotta be on top of that for optimum functionality during the three days. Dizziness, nausea, fatigue will more than likely come from dehydration more than anything else.
There will be times you feel mad hungry then after chugging down a gang of water you realise you were just thirsty as Mutha Luva.
The high/buzz is next level too, I think everyone should try it once at least and try notice if you're whole being (M.B.S.) can appreciate it too.

What a rollercoaster of a Friday last week bruh! @TonySpeadlove threw up the M like a bat sign asking me to host the London date of the tour and of course I had to oblige as spontaneous as I am (have to be if I'm gonna chat to a sold out crowd as a family)..
Getting to host with two of my favourite DJs @DeeJayPogo & @ShorteeBlitz in support of two of my favourite producers @AlanTheChemist & @DJPremier who've made such an impact on the culture I've grown to love and be part of?? Hell yeah Mutha Luvaz!!!
To top it off though I get to see @Common hanging out backstage and tearing it up on stage and also the pleasure to meet @FaithNewman19 the lady that discovered @Nas and signed him up. Being able to peek behind the curtain never gets old. In this episode I travelled from Manchester down to London with these guys.
I received an insight and education into the hard work, dedication and passion they put into their craft.
Pogo had stories for days, I grew up on early UK Hip Hop so to hear tales from that era, before and beyond was a treat.
Similarly @shorteeblitz had a fair share of interesting tales and an uncanny knack for recalling record release dates.
