Finally posting about this collaboration with the amazing @rawz_official We created a piece together through the tech world of Whatsapp with the subject of metamorphosis. Creating a piece that spoke about mental health and the barriers we create to protect ourselves, touching on poignant points relevant to our world right now about borders and then ending in a place of freedom.
This image is towards the end of our 12 minute piece where I have grown my wings and fly. We held the audience through the journey and there where people in tears and standing to applaud at the end.
We both felt happy to have been apart of something that moved people and where grateful for the opportunity to tell a story that we can all relate to.
Me and Rawz are going to try and get funding to take this further and film it on the aerial hoop as was the original apparatus plan. If anyone has any idea of places to go for funding.

Pictures from my most recent act - Making Peace with Unbinding the Binary. This has been my most vulnerable place as an artist. I am still recovering from the crash of making this at the @irishaerialcc I just have to listen to Kae's words and work through the insecurity i feel. I would like to thank all my mentors for supporting me through this journey. @apollynaria_shhh@caro_creativesoul@mamafidget@gravitylevity

If you saw the piece I would love feedback, I would love to know how it came across? Did u like it? I think this will help my insecurity right now.
This acts intention was to create empathy for people who struggle with mental health by creating a sensory experience of a panic attack. Through this sensory experience of feeling it was also created to open our hearts to people who look different to you. I wanted to create a fantastical creature that would represent this but not be able to be defined. The first words of the piece, ' YOU cant judge me if you dont know what I am. I am black and white.
I am dark and I am light. '
This piece is created from my own journey with gender and how being told I wasn't right, I cant do that from a small child eventually left me in a traumatised state where I would have panic attacks 5 times a day. So I wanted to open it up to any hate that people are receiving and try and include this understanding and empathy to all.

As hate is on the rise
I want you to empathise
And realise
No matter what you look like
We all have qualities alike
I unravel stereotypes created by the cross
When other stories are told
People are able to unfold
I am not bound by a box
I am nature, I am free, I am everything
I am me
