Where to even begin? Guess this is a good a place as any. I’m overwhelmed with all the support and encouragement in this massive endeavor. I spent the last year of my life with a singular goal in mind. I drilled specific moves daily, curtailed for ease of viewing. However nothing could have prepared me for the TUNNEL OF FIRE. One shot, no warmups & I made it through all but the last 2. Clipped a hoop, tapped the ground, recovered #neverdisarm & finished the run.
After a weekend of filming #flamefestival2026 I have over 300gigs to sort out before editing and trimming. Every journey has to start somewhere. Mine started at #flamefestival 4 years ago. It was that exact moment I realized I wanted to do this for a living & i’m blessed to keep being invited back. It’s become an act of service to the community that has given so much to me. Think I found my calling.

I always get so HYPED for the charcoal #flowarts. Such a rare treat to see this much of it and at such high skill level. Definitely one of my favorite shots year after year.
Hard to believe this is the exact same camera as last year. Settings dialed & focus locked in. It was too beautiful to not do horizontal, even at the risk of upsetting the algorithm.

This year for #flamefestival2026 the #bipoc takeover was a mission critical shot. After I missed it last year, due to running out of charged batteries, I was determined to showcase the spirit of our diverse #community
