This week but especially today was one of those pinch me / holy sht / is this really happening kind of days.
Skiing epic lines right beneath the iconic Matterhorn on the Swiss side, then dropping back into Cervinia, Italy. Made it up to the chapel on the Gornergrat and lit a candle for Dad, family and friends who aren’t with us.
Huge thanks to our incredible guide Brice @brice_bouillanne who over our last two trips hasn’t just shown us where to ski, but taught us how to read the terrain, what to look for, how to make it fun for Julian, and how to chase the best adventures. Experiences that will stay with us for a lifetime.
Kimberly @ms.snowplake & Glen @glenplake thank you for your knowledge, guidance, adventures, for introducing us to Brice, and for another epic day. That last run? Easily one of the most outrageous, all-time finishes to a ski day.

Obviously a bond over great hair. I got to meet @glenplake when my first boss at Buchika’s Ski Shop was nice enough to set me up with one of his reps to organize a day skiing with the most extreme skier on the planet. 35 years later here we are again. He was my introduction to and inspiration for extreme sports and I have had a hard time being inside since.
