Don’t underestimate the MICRO. The smaller the machine, the more control it demands. Slowing down the tempo forces you to focus on every inch of the movement, and really work on your form. #lagree really humbles me. I’m just obsessed with the method, and focused on getting 1 % better than yesterday, holding the plank a littler longer, and REALLY SHOWING UP CONSISTENTLY.
