Getting ready for your first Lagree class at PPLA? Here’s what you’ll need:
🧦 GRIP SOCKS - For safety purposes, they are required for class. If you don’t have any be ready to purchase some at the studio!
⏰ ARRIVE EARLY - New clients are required to arrive early to their first class. This ensures your coach has enough time to introduce you to the megaformer, answer any questions, and help you complete any needed waivers before class start time.
💪 A POSITIVE MINDSET - be ready to sweat, shake and have a good time! Being open to learning this method and having fun while doing it will only enhance your experience!
