Crazy scenes. A 5 course tasting menu, 50 people, and a couple of friends with a shared vision who decided to take a risk on something we genuinely care about ❤️‍🔥. (We've never cooked in a professional kitchen 💀🤣) We honestly can’t express how grateful we are to everyone who came out, supported us, paid their hard-earned money, and trusted us with their evening. Seeing people genuinely enjoy the food meant everything. This was about creating an experience that reflects our culture and upbringing, giving something back to the city, and building a menu inspired by the food we grew up loving and still crave today. A huge thank you to @jamesthompsonhq for giving up his time to jump in the kitchen with us @thebohemeflorist for the incredible florals and atmosphere (she does weddings, bouquets and special occasions) @theonlyplantboss for educating us and sourcing some unreal exotic fruits make sure you reach out to him! @haydnjallen_cooks for bringing structure and a chefs guidance during service and @brooksdeliandwines for hosting us and backing the vision If you came and joined us please give us feedback and let the people know how good it really was ❤️‍🔥 This is only the beginning new dates coming soon so if you missed out you will get to come Nyam with us next time! ❤️
