“Containing multitudes” has been a phrase that has sat with me since my brothers and I discovered Sydney artist Glenn Barkley. We purchased one of his vases to give to my mom for her birthday in 2022. The vase was adorned with the words “I contain multitudes.” Before making the purchase, I researched the phrase. I found two references - one by Walt Whitman & one by Bob Dylan — one inspired by the other but both about how we are large, how we change during the course of a day, we’re complex, we’re a collection of selves.
Fitting for parenthood. Fitting for weddings.
It isn’t a phrase at the forefront of my mind at every wedding, but it did come to mind when I was reflecting on Sharie & Marcus’ elopement.

Back to York for Charlotte and Jake, where the accents are familiar to me and, in the most beautiful way, remind me of my Grandad.
Charlotte wore a vintage dress by Murray Arbeid paired with vintage Gucci, and her mum officiated their ceremony in the local church. It was quintessentially English, and I loved being there to document it all alongside my wonderful friend @naomigogginphotography 💕
From my time in England this year.
@naomigogginphotography made these photos of me that I love and will cherish for a long time. They will remind me in years to come about the places I get to go and the unique people I get to meet.
Next year, I’ll be documenting weddings in the US, France, Italy and New Zealand, fulfilling a dream I’ve always had.
