I’m a fairly private person and usually don’t post a lot about things that hold deep significance in my personal life but this morning I woke up hoping yesterday was just a bad dream cause this shit doesn’t feel real yet or make sense to me. But that wasn’t the case and as I begin to mourn her tragic passing my heart told me to share my thoughts about what a great woman Bri was. She came into my life on NYE 2021 and as soon as she walked in the door we automatically had an undeniable chemistry. Long story short she became the love of my life and changed me forever. She made me feel like the luckiest man in the world. She was so beautiful and charismatic and could make a friend in any room she was in and she often did. Her light was so bright. It often motivated me to think bigger, go harder, do better, Bri made me want to get married, give her and the family we planned on starting together the best life possible. She was so funny we laughed together all the time, travel the world and made so many memories together. This new reality hurts my heart and I’m not sure why God took you from us here on earth yesterday but even though we eventually split up I’m thankful and blessed that God put you and your son in my life and graced me with your love for three and a half years. The only silver lining in your passing that I can comprehend is you finally being in heaven with your mother because I know Catherine’s passing was very hard on you while you helped raise your sisters and son that you loved so much. Briana Flowers I will love you forever in life and in death. God bless all of us who will miss you and may your soul now rest in peace. JxB ♾️
