Today I release my debut solo EP 'There & Back'. It marks a full circle back to the early 90s when my journey in music began. I've tried to put together 3 songs that evoke those feelings I had at the time I first heard rave, hardcore and then listened in as Jungle was born.

I live with so much uncertainty that my brain just isn't built to understand which makes just existing very difficult but one thing I learnt about me is that I can become really tenacious when I'm scared and my back is against the wall. For that I'm grateful..
