We had the privilege of working with incredible student groups from middle school through college - and the mutual love and support in the room was truly lovely to he a part of!

We may be a little late jumping on this trend, but we couldn’t get too far into 2026 without taking a 10-year look back at 2016 - especially because it proved to be such a pivotal year for us.
As we entered 2016 with the lineup of Fletcher, Jarrett, Marco, Jeff, Kenton, and Trist, we could sense that change was on the horizon. Trist had already been performing with The Manhattan Transfer for a couple of years, and when they invited him to join as a permanent member, the scheduling conflicts between the two groups became increasingly difficult to navigate.
Around the same time, Fletcher, Jarrett, and Kenton were diving deeper into session work in Los Angeles, making it harder to commit to M•PACT gigs - especially out-of-town dates. Marco, meanwhile, was immersed in graduate school, preparing for a transition into a career in organizational management.
Early in the year, Trist made the decision to retire from the group and focus fully on TMT. Marco followed soon after, as did Fletcher, Jarrett, and Kenton.
That left Jeff with a decision to make:
Hang up the microphones?
Or start over with an almost entirely new lineup?
Ten years later, we know the answer!
